Student Counselling (Internal)
At the Institute of Health & Management (IHM), we understand that the journey of education can sometimes be overwhelming. Balancing academic responsibilities with personal life, especially in a new environment, can lead to stress and emotional challenges. That’s why we are committed to offering comprehensive counselling services, designed to support your mental health and well-being throughout your time at IHM.
Our Student Counselling Services provide a safe, confidential space where you can share your concerns, receive guidance, and explore strategies for managing both academic and personal challenges. Our professional counsellors are here to help you build resilience, manage stress, and focus on achieving your academic goals.
Pastoral Care
At IHM, we recognize that student well-being encompasses more than just academic success—it involves emotional, spiritual, and social well-being as well. Our Pastoral Care services are designed to provide holistic support, ensuring you feel cared for and valued as a member of the IHM community. Whether you’re navigating personal difficulties, dealing with homesickness, or adjusting to a new culture, we’re here to support you.
Our Pastoral Care team can assist with:
- Emotional Support: We provide a compassionate and understanding space to help you process and manage personal challenges.
- Spiritual Guidance: If you’re feeling lost or seeking deeper meaning, our counsellors can offer spiritual support in line with your values and beliefs.
- Community Engagement: We encourage students to engage in campus life, helping to foster a sense of belonging and connection with others.
By offering pastoral care, we aim to create an inclusive, caring environment where all students can thrive. We encourage you to reach out if you need help managing your well-being beyond academic pressures.
