Aging populations worldwide face increasing challenges related to cognitive decline, reduced physical function, and overall well-being. To address these concerns, our research explores the integration of smart health promotion strategies with cognitive and dietary training to enhance the quality of life for older adults.
Our research aligns with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UN SDGs), particularly Goal 3: Good Health and Well-being, by promoting interventions that improve cognitive and physical well-being among older adults. Additionally, it supports Goal 9: Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure, by leveraging assistive technologies and digital health solutions to drive advancements in aging research.
Effectiveness of the SMART Health Promotion, Cognitive, and Diet Training Program (SMAHCD) on Enhancing Cognitive and Physical Well-Being in Older Adults – A pilot randomized controlled trial (RCT) study – Grant Awarded by Cintana Education, Tempe, Arizona, USA.
